Yvonne Beusker

OFFSHORE RESUME

Ocean Racer and offshore sailor preferring salt water and long distance sailing, I sail competitive national and international races & regattas year around. Co-owned a J-105 ‘Panther’, allowing for fully crewed racing as well as double handed racing in a team of only 2. Currently we’re refitting an ILC40 into a double handed racer in IRC, to have her shine as of 2025.

A long list of achievements include:
✓ Golden medal @ UK National Championship 2019
✓ Bronze medal @ World Championship 2010,
✓ Silver @ National Championship 2016,
✓ Co-skipper Global Ocean Race 2012 surprising all to finish 3rd during leg 4
✓ Skipper of the first ever all female duo to complete prestigious long distance Rolex Fastnet Race 2015.
